Date of invoice represents booking & payment date. For telephone credit card transactions, verbal authorization by the cardholder to our staff confirms the reservation whether or not the consumer signs a physical charge slip. B&C reserves the right to record conversations to ensure quality & accuracy of bookings. You are also bound by and must read the Terms & Conditions spelled out in your tour operator’s brochure, web site and on your airline documents, and your reservation signifies your acceptance of, and agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Unless otherwise indicated, all monies are non-refundable once paid. In addition to the supplier’s cancellation charges, B&C will charge a $50 per person cancellation fee. Any coupons or discounts that may apply must be submitted at the time of booking and are subject to verification after which your pricing may be adjusted by way of a revised invoice. Although it is rare, from time to time and for unforeseen reasons, operators may choose to increase prices (fuel or currency surcharges, for example). If for any reason after a deposit has been made, the cumulative increase is greater than 7% (excluding any increase in retail sales tax or GST, you may opt for cancellation without charge provided you advise us immediately in writing upon receipt of notice of increase. It is ultimately the traveler’s responsibility to verify all details of the reservation (dates, names, titles must match identification carried) are correct by reviewing the attached confirmation invoice, and that your documentation is valid and correct for your destination. To board a commercial flight in Canada, passengers currently require one piece of valid photo ID issued by a federal or provincial government, which reflects name, date of birth & gender. Alternatively, 2 pieces of valid government issued ID with at least one reflecting the above mentioned information would also be acceptable. If the name on your ID does not match your ticket, you may be denied boarding. For specific information regarding your intended destination, including latest health advisories, contact B&C or we strongly suggest that you visit the Canadian Foreign Affairs web site. This is important since some countries require for your passport to be valid for up to 6 months beyond your return date, while others may require proof of medical insurance coverage. Transport Canada has enacted the Passenger Protect program, and your identity will be screened accordingly for any commercial flight.  Minors traveling with one parent or friends often require a notarized letter of consent, signed by all legal guardians in addition to regular documentation requirements, especially true in the cases of Mexico and USA. Even a minor criminal record can also lead to denial of entry or passage to a destination. Note that the USA has enacted tighter legislation in regards to visa requirements for non-Canadian passport holders and some foreign-born Canadians. If you are a non-Canadian passport holder but a permanent resident of Canada, it is necessary to travel with your valid Canadian Permanent Residents card or risk being denied re-entry to Canada. All nationals and citizens of U.S. Visa Waiver Program countries are now required to obtain a travel authorization before traveling to the United States. The travel authorization can be obtained online through the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA). Applications must be made online at least 72 hrs before departure .To obtain an ESTA travel authorization please visit here. Entry to another country is at the sole discretion of its border personnel, and may be refused even if the required information & documentation are complete.

It is your responsibility to advise us of any condition (medical, pregnancy, etc.) that might affect travel or insurability. Flight times, carriers, equipment and itineraries are tentative and subject to change, with or without prior notice. Reconfirm all flights as suggested by the airline/tour operator at minimum 4-6 hours prior, but in some cases such as with international scheduled airlines, 24-48 hours prior. Airline contacts and flight information can be found at www.gtaa.com. Failure to do so as well as failure to be checked in at least 60 mins prior to departure may result in cancellation of reservations or denied boarding at airport without full refund. We recommend you to check-in at the airport at least 2-3 hours prior to departure. Note that currently, there are restrictions on cabin baggage which permit no more than 100mL of fluids to be carried in a sealed plastic bag. Baggage fees and other charges may be directly assessed by airlines or airports and are subject to change, so please contact us or your airline prior to departure to confirm information.

Standards of living, practices, accommodation, and standards and conditions concerning the provision of utilities and services at the destination may be different from those in Canada. B&C always recommends to you optional insurance for out-of-province emergency medical & trip cancellation as well as trip interruption purposes. Should you decline coverage, you may be asked to sign a waiver form. Consider the value of insurance strongly as it will protect your valuable investment in your trip.

As a retail travel agency, B&C Travel is here to assist you with the information you require to make an appropriate decision with respect to booking your trip.
