Passport,
Visas and Health Requirements
It is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to
make certain you have the required valid travel documents,
and that the names of the travelers correspond to their
travel documents. Many countries require that your passport
be valid for 6 months beyond the intended return date. Please
contact us or the respective consulate or embassy if you
need information on current requirements. We cannot be held
responsible if you are denied boarding or entry into a country
for lack of proper travel documents. Note that minors traveling
alone or with a single parent may need special documentation.
Payment,
Cancellation, Changes and Refund
Payment in full is required for all online reservations.
All completed purchases are 100% non refundable & non
transferable. Any change or refund is subject to the terms
and conditions of the respective Tour Operator, airline,
cruise line, etc.
Travel
Insurance
Travel Insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers,
and can provide peace of mind. The travel insurance coverage
we offer contains exclusions, restrictions and limitations
of coverage which may limit your claim. Please read the
terms and conditions of coverage for each particular Insurance
product, and contact RBC or the agency should you require
and clarification.

if required to do so by law, court order, as requested by
government or law enforcement authorities, or in the good
faith belief that disclosure is otherwise required. This
may include identifying, contacting or bringing legal action
against parties whose activities may be interfering with
our clients, business associates or own rights or properties.
Governing Law
Users of this site are assumed to be of legal age to enter
into a legal binding contract. The law governing the use
of this site is the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada,
without regard to the conflict of laws of any of any other
jurisdiction.
Force
Majeure

Tour Operator will be liable for any delay or failure in
performance under this Agreement due to any cause beyond
its reasonable control.
